"Good support, just wish it was a little faster"
Customer service was decent. I emailed them about an issue with my order and was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole thing, but thankfully it didn’t. They got back to me, were polite, and actually helped sort it out without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Did it take a bit longer than I would’ve liked? Yeah, a little. But in the end, they fixed the problem, so I can’t really complain too much.

The site actually looks clean and cool, which is always nice when that happens. It’s easy to browse too, so I didn’t have to waste time figuring out where everything was...
"Return was fine, refund took a minute"
I was able to return the item without any real hassle, so that part was okay. The refund just took a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying since I kept checking my account like I was waiting for concert tickets to drop or something. Not a huge deal in the end, but definitely slower than I would’ve liked.

I ordered from Mistress Rocks i was disappointed when it showed up. The item looked a lot cheaper in person than it did online, and right away it didn’t feel like something that was going to hold up for long.
After using it just a little, parts started feeling loose and the finish looked rough. What annoyed me most was feeling like the expectations kept shifting — it’s shown one way, priced like it should be decent, but then once you actually have it, the quality just isn’t there. Maybe I got a bad one, but for the price, I expected way better and wouldn’t buy again.

I gave mistressrocks.com a fair try, i don’t think it was worth the money for me. I’m not saying it’s terrible or that nobody else will enjoy it, so don’t take it that way, but my experience just didn’t match what I expected.
Some of the content was fine, sure, but for the price I felt like there should’ve been more included. It started to feel like every time I wanted something better, there was another extra charge, and that adds up quickly.
Maybe it works better for other people, and that’s totally fine, but I didn’t feel like I got enough value for what I paid. I ended up cancelling, and unless something major changes, I probably won’t be signing up again.

"Size was right"
It fit me well, and the sizing was what I expected. Nothing fancy to say, just happy it came out right.
